Companies can be "off the shelf", with your particular chosen name ( if available) or can be fully customised. This latter course is more expensive.

The immediate post formation routines of recording changes in shareholders and directors etc are handled by us and, if required , at no cost, the registered office can be at our address.

Registration with the Inland Revenue for Pay As You Earn and Corporation Tax purposes is handled as is registration with Customs & Excise for Value Added Tax purposes when required.

Your company records are entered on to our logging software which monitors the critical dates for lodging annual returns with Companies House and annual accounts with the Inland Revenue etc.

This software also maintains the statutory registers of directorships and shareholders.  

We ensure that proper minutes of board meetings and general meetings are maintained and also prepare and issue dividend warrants as and when required.

Statutory Accounts : The latest bookkeeping and accounts preparation  software is used to ensure that your accounts reflect properly the current required standards of reporting.

Company Searches :  We operate a direct link with Companies House through which the latest filed information on all UK registered companies is available. Some basic information is provided free of charge while other, more detailed, reports are available at modest cost.
